This broth was cooked to a food safe temperature and no further to extract as much nutrient density as possible out of our grass-fed, grass-finished beef bones. It is lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Note this broth is highly concentrated and a perfect for addition to soups, roasts or as a stand along. If you plan on drinking the broth you will need to dilute this first.
