Ingredients:
Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma longa) (Standardized to min. 95% Curcuminoids), Bromelain (2400 GDU/g) (from Pineapple).
Other ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Directions:
Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
